Do I need a lock on a unit?

Yes, you provide the lock ensuring that you, and only you, have access.


Do I need insurance for my storage?

While not required, you are responsible for those items you store at The Parking Place and insurance for those items is highly recommended. In the event that you are already covered, a copy of the declaration’s page must be available at the time of rental.

What is the difference between gate and office hours?

The office hours are the hours of operation for the property when staff will be available to assist you with your storage needs. The gate hours are the hours the storage facility can be accessed using your assigned electronic gate code, which is 24 hours.

Can anyone access the property or do you need a PIN?

Our facility has an electronic gate system which can only be opened by a code that is assigned to each individual tenant. The gate access is continually monitored.


How far in advance can I reserve a unit?

We give you the flexibility to book a reservation up to 30 days in advance to help you plan ahead. This time frame may change depending on the storage facility and/or storage unit being reserved.


What type of document(s) are required upon renting?

One of the following forms of identification; state issued identification card, drivers license, passport, or military ID.


Am I required to provide advance notice to moving out?

Yes, 30-day advance notice is required before you end your rental agreement with us.


What sizes are available and how do I pick my size?

We offer a wide range of sizes to accommodate your storage needs. CubeSmart unit sizes range from 5×10, or 50 square feet, to 15×30, or 450 square feet. We can help you determine what size storage unit or parking spot you may need by calling us at 662-890-9544.
